Since all of our plans are copyrighted, refunds or exchanges are not allowed. Please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@mjshomedesignscom for additional information.

Shipping Policy:
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

All plans sold through MJS Home Designs, Inc. are protected by copyright. Purchasing a set of blueprints does not transfer ownership of the plans to the purchaser. The purchaser has simply bought a limited license to build that house one time only. The purchaser may not lend, give away and or sell the blueprints. It is illegal to make photocopies of or to reproduce the blueprints in any form.
